The people of Kogi East are overjoyed following the realization of Alh Idris Hussain Kashim’s promise to bring electricity to Ate-Uge Community located in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Idris HK made this pledge during a 2025 visit, committing to resolve the community’s long-standing power challenges. Currently, engineers are on-site working on the project.
He also promised to extend this initiative to other communities in Kogi East.
