Hon Sani received the Award of Excellence in Philanthropy and Humanitarian Service in recognition of her outstanding contributions to women empowerment, humanitarian interventions and community development through the Adashe Women Empowerment Society, a Kaduna based initiative.

The continental summit, held from June 26 to 29, brought together political leaders, diplomats, entrepreneurs, development experts and business executives from across Africa to celebrate individuals making significant contributions to leadership, peacebuilding and sustainable development.

According to the organisers, Hon. Sani was selected for her remarkable commitment to promoting human dignity, empowering women and transforming vulnerable communities through skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, mentorship and support for widows.

In the invitation signed by the Chairman of the Planning Committee, Ambassador Dr. Kingsley Amafibe, the organisers described her as a symbol of resilient and compassionate leadership whose work continues to inspire hope across Africa.

The 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit is a Pan African platform that recognises exceptional leaders advancing ethical leadership, peacebuilding, investment, women and youth empowerment, and strategic collaboration across the continent.
